Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is valid from 18 Jan 2021 to 31 August 2021, both dates inclusive ("the Promotion Period"). The Calculation Period is defined as the account opening date plus the following 14 days.
2. To be eligible for the "Z.com Bullion Refer-a-friend Campaign", the client ("the Referrer") is required to possess a verified MT4 real account and to refer a friend ("the Referred Client") to open a verified MT4 real account directly under GMO-Z.com Bullion HK Limited ("Z.com Bullion") during the Promotion Period, where a verified MT4 real account is defined as having submitted all required documents and which have been verified by Z.com Bullion successfully. The Referred Client must fill in the Referrer's full name or MT4 real account number in the "Referral" section of the account application form, or must notify our Client Services Officers prior to the end of the Calculation Period through email at cs.bullion@z.com.
3. Upon account opening, the Referred Client is required to open a minimum of one (1) standard lot Gold or Silver in a single trade during the Calculation Period.
4. The client is not entitled to any rewards if they fail to meet any of the requirements above.
5. Each individual is entitled to this promotion once per each referred client. There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals.
6. This campaign is applicable to Hong Kong clients only. Existing Hong Kong clients of Z.com Bullion are also eligible for this campaign.
7. Rewards and Calculations
   
   1. The Referrer will receive a HKD200 Supermarket Gift Coupon of their choice for successfully referring a friend and who subsequently opens a minimum of one (1) standard lot of Gold or Silver in a single trade during the Calculation Period. The Referred Client will also receive a HKD100 Supermarket Gift Coupon of their choice.

8. Our Client Services Officers will contact the Eligible Client and the Referred Client for reward collection upon completion of the Promotion requirements.
9. Z.com Bullion makes the Promotion available to any Eligible Client(s) and/or jurisdiction(s) it deems appropriate, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline the registration of any client for the Promotion. Furthermore, Z.com Bullion reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the Promotion who manipulates, or attempts to manipulate, the operation of the Promotion, or breaches these Terms and Conditions or any of the Agreements and Policies set forth on the Website. Z.com Bullion shall not be liable for any consequences of a cancellation of this Promotion.
10. Z.com Bullion reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions and/or modify, discontinue or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Z.com Bullion shall be final and conclusive.
11. The promotion is not available to employees or family members of employees at Z.com Bullion.
12. In the event of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
