STEP ONE: Complete Online Application Form


To get started, click SIGN UP now ! You will then be redirected to a secure website. Fill in the Online Application Form and review your details before submitting.

The form should take you no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

STEP TWO: Submit Supporting Documents

Required Documents
Z.com Bullion requires you to submit supporting documents to prove your identity and place of residence. The document required are as follows:

  • Proof of Identity
    A photocopy of a signed valid passport or government issued identification card showing your full name, date of birth and photograph e.g. passport or national identity card.
  • Proof of Address
    A photocopy of proof of address showing your name and current residential address dated within three months from the date of submission of this application (e.g. utilities bill, credit card statements or bank statements). P.O boxes are not acceptable. If you have difficulty obtaining your proof of address, please contact us.
  • Proof of Bank Account
    A photocopy of passbook, ATM card or bank statement issued by any recognized bank in Hong Kong or any recognized bank with China UnionPay Service in China.

STEP THREE: Application Review and Approval


Upon receipt of all required documents, it normally takes around 1 business days to process your application.

Once your Z.com Bullion account has been activated, you will receive your User ID and default password in separate emails.

STEP FOUR: Get Started


Login to your trading account via our website and change the initial default password provided by email. Once your account has been sufficiently funded, you will be ready to make your first trade.

Eligibility Requirements


- To open a Real Account with Z.com Bullion you must meet all of the following, which require that you:
  • are not a resident of Japan
  • are not a citizen or resident of the United States of America
  • are aged 18 or older
  • have a personal email address and phone number
  • are the bank account beneficiary
