- Deposits are accepted in USD and HKD only.
- We cannot guarantee the exchange rates for bank wire deposits made in the currency denominations other than that of our bank account. Any such funds received shall be converted to US dollars based on the relevant bank exchange rates.
- In the event that we receive your funds between 09:00 to 16:00 HKT, your funds will be credited to your trading account within the same business day. Any funds received after 16:00 HKT will not be credited until the next business day.
- Cash, third party and cash payments are not accepted. We only accept funds originating from a bank account held in your name, and third party funds will be rejected and returned to the originator (with the applicable bank charges deducted from the payment amount). Please be aware that Z.com Bullion cannot guarantee the receipt or the return of such funds To ensure that we credit the correct account, we may request a copy of your bank statement or card for verification purposes. If we fail to receive this, we will return the funds to the originator (with applicable bank charges deducted from the payment amount)

- The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 100, with the exception of all remaining funds withdrawn from your account. Please also ensure that your withdrawal amount is sufficient to cover any possible bank charges.
- A withdrawal fee of USD 20 will be charged and deducted from the withdrawal amount for withdrawals below USD 100.
- For any withdrawal requests received after the cut-off time (Monday to Friday 15:00 HKT), we cannot guarantee same-day processing. However, such requests will be processed on a best-endeavour basis. No requests shall be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
